Dr. Myrtho Mompoint Branch - MD 

Dr. Branch is a multi-state licensed and highly esteemed board-certified child and adult psychiatrist. She has been devoted to serving the Orlando community for over two decades. 

With extensive training in adult psychiatry from Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New York, Dr. Branch pursued further specialization in child and adolescent psychiatry at Schneider Children’s Hospital/LIJ.

With her specialized expertise in treating a range of adult and childhood disorders, including ADHD, Bipolar disorder, Depression, and early-onset child and adult schizophrenia, Dr. Branch has become a renowned mental health professional in the region. Her unwavering dedication to providing quality care has earned her a place in the Florida Top Doctor listing from 2020 -2023.

Aside from her own practice, she is an affiliated faculty member of the UCF medical school, where she is committed to mentoring pre-med students and imparting clinical skills to third- and fourth-year medical students. Her passion for mental health advocacy has also led her to participate in various speaking engagements, where she provides awareness, education, and quality treatment for youth and adults alike.

Dr. Branch's philosophy centers on continuous learning, giving back through volunteering, and passing on knowledge through teaching and mentoring. Her warm and compassionate approach to patient care, coupled with her vast knowledge in the field of psychiatry, has earned her the trust and admiration of her patients and colleagues.

When not attending to patients, Dr. Branch indulges in outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and tennis. She also actively supports the local performing arts community, adding to her well-rounded personality.

Stephanie Haire - PA-C

Stephanie is a highly skilled Physician Assistant with over a decade of experience in the medical field. She earned her Master of Medical Science Degree from Nova Southeastern University’s PA Program and has since cultivated a diverse background in Internal Medicine, Pain Management, Rehabilitation, and Psychiatry.

Before undertaking her career as a Physician Assistant, Stephanie worked as a mental health counselor for families and individuals in the school system. Seeking a more clinical setting to make a medical impact, Stephanie pursued her medical training and has been making a difference in the lives of her patients.

She specializes in medication management of a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, PTSD, Substance Abuse, and Eating Disorders. She recognizes that each patient is unique, and takes an individualized approach to their treatment plan. Which often involves integrating psychotherapy, conservative medication management, and an open and collaborative patient-provider relationship.

Stephanie finds it rewarding to get to know her patients and witness their lives improve as they progress through treatment.

Although helping the youth and adults is her passion, she still finds time to engage in other activities that bring fulfillment. When Stephanie is not working, she enjoys the outdoors. You can catch her paddle boarding, hiking, or traveling. She values quality time with her loved ones, including her two dogs, and cherishes the moments spent with friends and family.

Erik Barba - APRN

Erik is an ANCC-certified and licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Advanced Nurse Practitioner. He is passionate about delivering competent care. He completed his Bachelor's in Biology at the University of Central Florida and has earned both his Bachelor's and Master of Science in Nursing degrees at Florida International University in Miami, Florida.

Before pursuing his career as a Nurse Practitioner, Erik gained valuable experience in healthcare, ranging from surgical and medical assisting to mental health technician and Psychiatric Registered Nurse. His extensive background in the healthcare system provides him with a unique perspective, which he utilizes to support and strengthen his patient care.

Erik works with diverse patient populations and has treated various mental health conditions. He is a firm believer that achieving optimum health requires a balance of mental, physical, and spiritual components. Through collaborative efforts, Erik strives to educate, guide, and empower individuals and families to make informed decisions tailored to their needs so they can become the best versions of themselves.

Beyond his work, Erik enjoys engaging in activities that promote health and fitness, such as playing basketball and jogging. He also enjoys listening to music, watching movies, and spending time with his loved ones.

Laila Royster

Laila Royster is an ANCC (American Nurses Credentialing Center) board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over five years of experience in the field of psychiatry. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University, where she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based, holistic mental health care.

Laila has a well-rounded background in mental health nursing, including experience in both residential and inpatient treatment settings. She has also worked extensively in addiction medicine and is passionate about supporting adolescents and adults through every stage of their recovery and mental wellness journey.

Outside of work, Laila enjoys staying active through exercise, traveling to new places, and spending quality time with her husband and their dog.

Kelyce Lindsey-McIntyre - Office Manager

Kelyce is the Office Manager at Branch Psychiatry and Associates, where she oversees the full scope of daily operations—from staff supervision and payroll to patient care coordination and adherence to clinical policies and procedures. Her leadership ensures the practice runs smoothly while maintaining a warm, supportive environment for both patients and providers.

With over nine years of experience in the mental and behavioral health field, Kelyce has held a wide range of roles, including front desk coordinator, pediatric rehab referral specialist, and clinic manager for an ABA therapy center. This diverse background has equipped her with a deep understanding of patient needs and operational efficiency.

Kelyce has a strong passion for working in specialties that serve as vital resources to the community. She brings that mission-driven approach to her work each day, striving to make mental health care more accessible, welcoming, and effective.

Known for her exceptional customer service and commitment to the professional development of others, Kelyce actively fosters a warm, collaborative work culture where team members feel supported and valued.

 Outside of work, Kelyce enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, and exploring the outdoors—activities that recharge her and inspire her commitment to serving others.  

Heatheran Buckley - Office Coordinator & Payroll Officer

Heatheran Buckley has been a valued member of the team since 2014, bringing extensive experience and a strong administrative background to her role as Office Coordinator & Payroll Officer. She is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office and managing accurate, timely payroll processing, ensuring efficiency and reliability across the organization.

Prior to joining the company, Heatheran served as Senior Administrative Assistant at the University of the West Indies Open Campus in Antigua, where she managed the day-to-day operations of the campus. She also gained meaningful experience working at the Methodist Children’s Home, supporting care-centered administrative functions.

Heatheran holds a Diploma in Computer Programming and Business Systems from Herzing College in Canada, a Certificate in Business Administration, and a BSc in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies. Her academic background compliments her hands-on experience, giving her a strong foundation in both systems and strategy.

Outside of work, Heatheran is an avid sports enthusiast. A former national tennis player for Antigua, she maintains a strong passion for tennis, as well as basketball and football - bringing the same energy and team spirit to her professional role.

Tiffany Thurnherr - New Patient Coordinator

Tiffany  brings a diverse and deeply rooted background in healthcare, mental health, and patient advocacy to her role at Branch Psychiatry. She began her career in laboratory sciences, earning certification through American Medical Technologists and working in histology to support disease diagnosis and research.

She has received advanced training through the Anschutz Medical Campus in patient navigation, trauma-informed care, and crisis de-escalation. Her clinical experience includes extensive work in inpatient psychiatric settings with both adolescents and high-acuity adult patients, including justice-involved populations. While serving at the Statewide Inpatient Psychiatric Program in Orlando, FL, Tiffany deepened her commitment to servant leadership and compassionate, person-centered care.

Tiffany is also a fierce advocate for children who have experienced abuse, neglect, and domestic violence—both as victims and witnesses. She actively speaks out on the systemic failures of the family court system and child protection agencies, using her voice to support and uplift children who have courageously come forward with their experiences of abuse. 

Since joining Dr. Branch in November 2024, Tiffany has brought her real-world experience, empathy, and dedication to supporting patients and advancing mental health care in the community.

Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family and actively giving back through causes close to her heart, including Autism awareness, the Special Olympics, and Veterans' mental health. Her commitment to advocacy was highlighted during her time as Mrs. Colorado Springs in 2015, where she championed these causes as part of her public service platform—an effort that continues to guide her work today.
